Gets a list of custom fields defined in the library
This endpoint returns a list of library custom fields defined in the library's setting page. Does not return the values of the fields, just their definition.
These fields exist as dynamic fields on the indicated models (ingredients, recipes and menus). You can filter on their values when querying these entities.
