Deletes a task occurrence.

Deletes the occurrence of its day: the draft, if any, is dropped and the day is excluded from the template's
schedule so the occurrence is not planned again. The template itself and its other days are untouched. Requires
permission to delete the task in the occurrence's outlet.
An occurrence that is already completed cannot be deleted and answers 409.
Occurrence deleted.
