Edits an existing critical control point (CCP). Only the fields present in the payload are changed. Requires
permission to manage compliance tasks.
Changing mitigation_policy applies to occurrences that are still open: an occurrence that was already completed
keeps the policy it was completed under.

Reference Values page.
