This endpoint allows users to switch their currently active library to a different library they have access to.

The user must have access to the library and it must not be blocked. Outlet users cannot switch libraries.

The operation is idempotent - if the library is already active, it returns the current active library information without making changes.

Important: After switching libraries, all subsequent API calls will operate in the context of the new active library until another switch is made.
